Leadership Coaching

Nic works with individuals, teams and organisations to facilitate the emergence of their potential and to help them identify barriers to increased performance. His work with senior and top teams is designed to increase alignment around their vision, values and strategy. Nic also helps to raise the group's awareness to the impact of their behaviour and gain commitment to a new set of team and leadership disciplines.

Executive Performance Coaching

Assignments typically last from six to twelve months. The coaching agenda is agreed along with measurable success criteria. The coaching programmes are tailored to the individual client and may involve, alongside one to one sessions, any or all of the following: key relationship coaching, shadow coaching, colleague and 360 interviews, psychological analysis or personality assessment.

100 days is a specific coaching product aimed at maximising the client's impact in a given (sometimes the first) three months in role. 100 Days is a proven, intensive and targeted performance coaching intervention which is designed to be deployed as timely support for the transition of key players into critical roles. It is a one to one, tailored programme for a newly appointed key contributor, who may have a powerful position in the client organisation, with an experienced Executive Coach.

Top Team Coaching

Top Team Coaching is a tailored intervention designed to develop the performance of leadership, including Board and Senior Management teams.

Each Top Team Coaching programme is developed collaboratively with the client and is deliberately designed to change both mindset and behaviour. Typically Top Team Coaching Programmes are challenging in their design and involve one-to-one work, observation, dialogue, experiential skill building workshops and learning with work teams.

Performance Leadership - Coaching the Organisation

Performance Leadership is a powerful way to engage leaders at all levels within a client organisation in key conversations around factors driving performance in order to mobilise and focus their people to achieve strategic outcomes.

Performance Leadership encourages your people to take ownership for performance, lead critical performance conversations and increase engagement and ownership in the business. This is achieved through focussing on key behaviours and facilitating insights and raising leaders' awareness at every level; in effect coaching the organisation to coach its own performance."
